Partnering with HQ Construction and architect Robert Weir, they sought to create 21 beautiful new units. This multi-stage project, involving significant earthwork and civil engineering, demanded exceptional planning and a steadfast commitment to overcoming obstacles. The team faced unexpected challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic in Stage 1 and rising material costs in Stages 2 and 3. Through it all, our dedication to quality, transparent communication, and creative problem-solving ensured the project's success. Each completed stage – 8 units in 2020, followed by subsequent phases in 2022 and 2023 – showcased the team's resilience. The client was delighted with the outcome, and the final villas and units from Stage 3 are now available for purchase. This project stands as a testament to the power of collaboration and Windsor Retirement Village's unwavering dedication to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for its residents.

“Huntley Quinn proved an outstanding project manager. Accommodating, transparent, forward-looking and responsive. Just the man for our 21 villa build project. Huntley’s end-to-end focus on our project has left us with nothing else to do! From a manager's point of view, I couldn't have asked for an easier person to deal with."
